We are happy to welcome you! Here is what to do upon your arrival — it's very simple and will take less than two minutes.
Press the indicated button on the intercom to call us: we will open the main door for you.

Once inside the building, you will arrive here — go up one floor and follow the direction of the arrow.
On the keypad next to the door, enter the code 5151, press # and then open the door.
Inside you will find a desk: on top of it, you'll find card number 1 and a key. Take both of them. The key is for opening the building's main door, while the card is for opening your room door.

Hold the card close to the reader on door number 1 and open it. Mind the step as you enter!

Once you enter, insert the card into the reader to turn on the electricity. P.S. When you leave the room, do not forget it, because you will need it to open the room door.
To complete the check-in, there are only two quick and easy steps left. Take a photo or upload the passports or ID cards (front side only) of all the people staying in the property.
As required by the Municipality of Naples, a tourist tax of €5.50 per guest per night is MANDATORY.
