We are happy to welcome you! Here is what to do upon your arrival — it's very simple and will take less than two minutes.
This is the right place! As shown in the photo, you will find the key box containing the keys to your apartment.

Go to lockbox number 4 and enter the code 551.
Take the key and the coins — you will need the coins for the elevator. Then close the box and change the code. Please.
Once inside the courtyard, turn left and follow the direction indicated.
This is the entrance — take the elevator or the stairs and go up to the first floor. Maximum 3 people at a time in the elevator with luggage.
To complete the check-in, there are only two quick and easy steps left. Take a photo or upload the passports or ID cards (front side only) of all the people staying in the property.
As required by the Municipality of Naples, a tourist tax of €5.50 per guest per night is MANDATORY.
