We are happy to welcome you! Here is what to do upon your arrival — it is very simple, it will take less than two minutes.
Press the button indicated to call us: we will open the main entrance door for you.
Once you enter the building, turn right as shown in the photo, and go up to the 1st floor.
On the keypad on the door, type the code 1010, press # and then open the door.
Once you enter, you will find this key box, open it and take key number 5.
Key 1 will be used to open the street entrance door, key 2 will be used to open your room door, while with the black card you can open the main entrance door (by placing it against the electronic handle).

Go to your room number 5, following these directions, and open the door with the key.
To complete the check-in, there are only two quick and easy steps left. Take a photo or upload the passports or ID cards (front side only) of all the people staying in the property.
As required by the Municipality of Naples, a tourist tax of €5.50 per guest per night is MANDATORY.
